I plan to keep playing with clay, but while I am not sure what my studio future will look like, it won\u2019t include making things to sell.\u00a0\u00a0We have a huge cache of pots on hand at the moment &#8211; most of them are for sale on my <a href=\"https:\/\/nan-rothwell-pottery.square.site\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/Nanrothwellpottery.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3D0957c54bd827200ae5372374e%26id%3D883bec366e%26e%3D3ab3d44565&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1711889353014000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0oWXJ4sVSPpurFFz7wCsmi\"> <b>Online Store<\/b><\/a>. I also have work at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crozetartisandepot.com\/\">Crozet Artisans Depot<\/a>; at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cvillearts.org\/\">Cville Arts<\/a>; at <a href=\"https:\/\/noonwhistlepottery.com\/\">Noon Whistle Pottery<\/a>; and at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldersongallery.com\/\">Alderson Gallery<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I am not saying I will never make another functional pot, just that I will not make any more for sale.\u00a0 But meanwhile, during 2024, I&#8217;ll take part in three Shows:<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvaclay.com\/\">RVACLAY<\/a> tour in Richmond, Virginia on June 1 &amp; 2<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/virginiaclayfestival.com\/\">Virginia Clay Festival<\/a> in Stanardsville, Virginia on September 21 &amp; 22<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artisanstudiotour.com\/\">Artisans Studio Tour<\/a> in my Charlottesville, Virginia studio on November 9 &amp; 10<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2024 will be the final year for Nan Rothwell Pottery.\u00a0 I set up my first studio in the spring of 1973, and fifty years of making and selling pots has been a good run.
